This policy explains what information Art by ASH Designs ("I," "me") collects through artbyashdesigns.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions? Email me at ashlee@artbyashdesigns.com.

Information I collect

  • When you buy something. Your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by the payment processor; I never see or store your full card number.

  • When you contact me or join my email list. What you enter in the form, such as your name, email, phone (optional), city and message.

  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its host, Squarespace, record basic visit information such as browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and general location based on IP address. Cookies keep the site and shopping cart working and help measure traffic.

How I use it

  • To process, ship and follow up on your order.

  • To answer your questions about a painting, commission or show.

  • To send email updates about new work and shows if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who else may receive it

  • Squarespace, which hosts this site and the store (squarespace.com/privacy).

  • Payment processors such as Stripe, which handle card payments.

  • Shipping carriers, who need your name and address to deliver your order.

  • Authorities, if required by law.

Cookies and Do Not Track

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout may not work without them. This site does not currently respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal information I have about you by emailing ashlee@artbyashdesigns.com. Some order records must be kept for tax and accounting purposes. You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
